Fujitsu has introduced ten new products in its UBIQUITOUSWARE IoT Solution line up to accelerate the digitalization of its customers’ operations. UBIQUITOUSWARE sensors gather and analyze a range of human-centric behaviours using advanced sensing technologies providing valuable information that customers want, so it can immediately be put to use in the field.
One of the key features of UBIQUITOUSWARE is highly accurate real-time positioning, which is powered by Quuppa’s Intelligent Locating System™.
The Quuppa system enables real-time tracking of Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) smart Tags and devices, with accuracy down to a few centimeters. It is a reliable, versatile and scalable technology platform that can be easily integrated into other systems.
Takahiro Matsumura, Head of Ubiquitous IoT Unit of Fujitsu stated: “Fujitsu has introduced UBIQUITOUSWARE to help customers implement IoT into their businesses. Quuppa provides a high accuracy and real-time positioning capability which matches the demands of our customers. Therefore Quuppa is an important part of our IoT solution portfolio. We are looking forward to expanding our services and customer solutions by working closely with Quuppa technology.“
“It’s widely recognized that the Internet of Things – or Internet of Everything – is too big to be managed by one company alone,” says Kimmo Kalliola, CEO of Quuppa. “We at Quuppa are focusing on one of the key components of IoT: Accurate and Reliable Real-time Positioning. For us, Fujitsu is an ideal partner, because they are offering such a wide range of solutions where our positioning technology can be utilized.”
